Who

Fullhaura (Tristan Grech, SIREN 843 305 996, France) is the data controller. Contact: tristangrech.nat@gmail.com.

What we hold

Your name, email and phone; the requests and messages you send the desk; and, if you pay, a Stripe customer reference. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store them.

Why

Solely to run your membership: to sign you in, take your requests, coordinate your bookings, and keep in touch about them. We do not send cold marketing and we do not sell your data.

Where

On our own servers in the EU. To fulfil a request we may share only what a venue or provider needs to hold a booking in your name.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in to your desk. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. Email us and we’ll act promptly.

Keeping it

We keep your data while you are a member and for a reasonable period after, then remove it. Backups are encrypted.

Changes

We may update this note as the membership grows. The current version always lives here.
