Membership terms

Summary terms, in plain language. These are provided in full and confirmed before any billing begins, and may be updated. Draft pending final legal review.

1. What Maison Fullhaura is

Maison Fullhaura is a private concierge membership operated by Fullhaura (Tristan Grech, SIREN 843 305 996, France). Membership gives you a dedicated desk that arranges tables, boats, villas, chefs, drivers and access across the Côte d’Azur and Monaco.

2. Joining

Membership is by application and acceptance. We keep the circle small and may decline or close applications at our discretion. Founding members invited by us hold their rate; some memberships are complimentary at our invitation.

3. Fees & cancellation

Where a fee applies, membership is €25,000 per year, billed after you are accepted and confirm. You may step away at any time; your membership runs to the end of the paid year. Complimentary founding memberships carry no fee.

4. What the membership covers

The membership covers the desk: sourcing, coordinating and holding your bookings. It does not cover the cost of the bookings themselves. Venue table minimums, food, drinks and third-party services are set by, and paid to, those venues and providers.

5. Availability

We work hard to secure what you ask for, but availability, minimums and conditions are set by the venues, not by Fullhaura. We cannot guarantee a specific table, date or venue, and refund any prepaid item we cannot secure.

6. Conduct & liability

Fullhaura coordinates on your behalf and is not responsible for the conduct, pricing or decisions of venues and third parties. Our liability is limited to the membership fees you have paid.

7. Your data

We handle your data as described in our privacy note. In short: we hold only what we need to run your membership, on our own servers in the EU, and never sell it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the membership grows. The version in force is the one published here, and we confirm the current terms with you before any billing begins.
